How to Join our Pre-School
Making decisions about your child’s early education and care can be overwhelming and we want to make sure the process is as simple and pleasant as possible. Typically, becoming a member of our family includes the following steps:
ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE:
- Child Enrollment Card
FROM YOUR PHYSICIAN:
- Up-to-date Health Records are required by the Health Department
- Forms No 3040 and 680 Student Health Examination, and Immunization Records
