Mrs. Kimberly Stanley
Director Center
Mrs. Kimberly Stanley entered the field of Early Childhood Education in 2013.
She served as an after care teacher at a local Elementary school.
She has served as an administrator and event coordinator during her early years at Hopewell Preschool Academy. One of the previous Directress noticed the passion that she had towards children. So, she mentored her as an Assistant Director and encouraged her to get her Childhood Development Associate Credential and Director’s Credentials at Family Central Training Academy.
Currently, she has been the Director of Hopewell Preschool Academy since January 2018.
Mrs. Shirley
Toddler Teacher
Mrs. Shirley has been working in child care for 32 years. She has faithfully worked at Hopewell Preschool Academy for 21 years. She’s taught different age group from infancy to 2 year olds. Currently, she works with two year old students using Abeka curriculum .
She enjoys taking classes to learn more about her students and how she can better equip her students before they leave her class. Mrs. Shirley is a Credentialed Child Care Provider. She has completed classes at Family Central Training Academy and Early Learning Coalition.
LShe believes that there is always something new to learn to assist her students in their education. She enjoys relaxing, listening to music, and watching movies.
Ms. Linda
Toddler & Pre-K Teacher
Ms. Linda obtained her G.E.D. at Brooklyn Tech College and became an administrative worker within N.Y.P.D., after 21 years she relocated and now lives in Florida. She has been a Child Care Provider for 11years, but 8 of her best years have been at Hopewell Preschool Academy. She has had experience working with infants through Voluntary Pre- Kindergarten. She enjoys working with two year old's because she likes to see how they grow, learn and progress throughout their time in preschool.
Mrs. Linda is a Credentialed Teacher specialized in Birth – Five Early Childhood Education. She received her Childhood Developmental Associates Certificate in 2012. She has completed training through Early Learning Coalition, Family Central and Teaching Strategies.
She enjoys taking pictures, spending time with family, especially her granddaughters and god children they bring the best out of her and they always make her smile. Working with children gives her joy.
Ms. Shernette
Pre-K Teacher
Ms. Shernette was born in the beautiful island of Jamaica. She attended Dunoon Park Technical High where she specialized in business education. Her first career choice was nursing and later found that chemistry and biology was not her thing. After graduating from High School she continued to study and work in the field of business which influenced her to open her own restaurant.
In 2001 she migrated to the United States and moved to Florida in 2003. She began working at Greater Horizons Academy as a sever and by simply interacting with the children and teachers she found a passion for teaching. She has been teaching since February 2010 and has worked with children ages birth through five. She currently, works at Hopewell Preschool Academy as a VPK Teacher.
Her ultimate early childhood educational goal is to operate a preschool of her own.
Ms. Deborah
Registrar
Ms. Deborah graduated High School and went to a Junior College for one year.
She worked at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company in Omaha, Nebraska for 27 years as a secretary in the Internal Audit Department. After, she relocated to Florida and began working in a Law Firm by the name of Milberg Weiss for 7 years as a Receptionist. Later, she worked as a receptionist at Gunther Volkswagen for 5 years as a receptionist. Currently, she works at Hopewell Preschool Academy as a Registrar.
She enjoys reading and crocheting and most of all being with her family.
Mrs. El
Chef
Ms. Eleanor was a graduate of Pompano Senior High School and completed a Food Service Course
Prior to working at Hopewell Preschool Academy Ms. Eleanor worked for the city of Margate Building Department for three years, Oriole Homes Corporation Construction secretary for 30 years and is presently working at Hopewell Preschool Academy as Executive Chef.
She is a mother of 4 beautiful daughters and a grandmother to 5 gifted and intelligent grandchildren. She enjoys cooking and most of all she loves her job at Hopewell Preschool Academy.
